After a stellar career comprising in 288 NRL appearances, 10 State of Origin games and 4 Test matches, Braith Anasta is a well known Aussie Dad. During his 110 games for the Bulldogs, he became the youngest man to captain the team and won the 2004 NRL premiership. In 2006, Braith moved to the Sydney Roosters where he was also handed the captaincy. Today, he works with Fox Sports and is still an integral part of the game.

Even as an ex-professional athlete, Braith experienced the regular everyday struggles of juggling his professional career, his family life, his mates and his health. Dropping the ball somewhere, after years of juggling, he felt overwhelmed, unhealthy and decided to make a change to be the best Dad he can be whilst enjoying life with his mates and working to advance his career.
